Since 1941, Mount St. Mary Hospital has cared for people with complex health care needs: the elderly, the disabled, the dying. The goal has always been to relieve suffering, give hope and comfort, and create a place where people can live their best lives or achieve a peaceful and dignified death.
Your donation provides:
- Safety, comfort and health with the most up-to-date hospital equipment
- Improvements to the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual health of the residents through Music Therapy
- Cultural and engaging activities
- Spiritual and religious support through Pastoral Care
- Social and emotional support through volunteer services
- Education to ensure staff and volunteers are skilled, caring, and familiar with the most up-to-date healthcare techniques and technology

Our dream is to build a 5 million dollar endowment fund – the Sisters of St. Ann Legacy Fund – to ensure that we can continue to support the residents of Mount St. Mary Hospital with these life-affirming programs, now and far into the future.
This fund is named in honour of the Sisters of St. Ann, who established Mount St. Mary Hospital as part of their outstanding contribution to health care and education in British Columbia over the past 150 years.
